2021 RIS Research Grants Awarded to Children’s Minnesota and Mayo Clinic

Rein in Sarcoma has awarded $40,000 in new sarcoma research grants to Children’s Minnesota and the Mayo Clinic. The grants were announced during the recent virtual Fall Fundraiser. The RIS Research Committee reviews the top proposals brought forward by each institution’s evaluation committee, and recommends final awards to the RIS Board of Directors for approval. …

Give Thanks: Share a Message of Gratitude to Healthcare Workers

The past 18 months have been challenging, especially for those in the healthcare field. We would like to take the opportunity to allow our community members to share messages of thanks and gratitude to those healthcare workers who have made a difference in your (or loved one’s) lives. Whether it was a staff member in the cafeteria, the valet, a chemotherapy nurse, radiologist, etc., it is important to hear how these individuals have impacted the lives of sarcoma patients and their families.
